My Fav Autumn/Fall Lipsticks [Lip Swatches]

Hello lovelies!

As you can see from the title, I decided to share with you what are my favourite lipsticks for fall/autumn as I am so in love with this season I need to share everything about it! hehe

As you can tell, I couldn't choose just two or three haha but that's fine cause at least you can see a variety of colors and shades and decide which one is you favourite or what would be your choice o wear.

So from top to down (on the arm swatches) we have:

  • Rimmel Kate Moss 111
  • Rimmel Kate Moss 107
  • NYX medusa
  • NABLA domina
  • TOPSHOP lip bullet in More Than A Woman
  • KIKO smart lipstick in 914
  • MAC mehr
  • Essence 06 Barely There

First one I have here is the Essence in 06 - Barely There
It's a perfect everyday mauve shade, perfect Pantone - marsala colour. It is very moisturizing and feels like you're putting on lip balm: as it's like that, it doesn't last very long but, again, it's fine cause reapplying it is so easy.

Second one on the "nudes/everyday shades" side, is on of my favourite mac lipsticks which is mehr
I don't have a lot to say, it's is matte but doesn't dry my lips, it is the perfect my lips but better colour, lasts ages even when eating/drinking and it is just perfect for an everyday simple look and also for darks and intense smoky eyes looks.

Let's jump straight into the darks and intense colours which are my favourite!
This one here is NYX medusa, it is really purple, it is shiny so that means it is moisturizing but doesn't set on the lips all day, it is a bit metallic but I think it's a great colour for this season if you want your lips to really stand out.

Here we have KIKO 914 smart lipstick; moisturizing but long lasting (it won't resist a whole dinner but it lasts a really long time on me), the colour is full and it is the perfect dupe for MAC rebel
More on the cherry side but, again, great great easy to wear colour!

This one I get asked A LOT about and it's personally one of my top favourites!
It's the TOPSHOP lip bullet in More Than A Woman. I have been loving it ever since I first swatched it! Topshop beauty range is really good and I especially love the lipsticks, lasts a long time, it's is matte but doesn't dry on the lips and doesn't go into fine lines, the colour is even and full and it is basicallt autumn in a lipstick.

Really similar to the topshop one is the NABLA domina lipstick. Same things as the topshop one, it is really perfect: I love the colour, I love the formula, it is also vegan and cruelty free and lasts really long time even eating/drinking. Really moisturizing and it is buildable and gets darker and darker looking always even. The finish is semi-matt!

Last, but not least, we have the reds!
How I could not mention this one here? The Rimmel Kate Moss in 107 has been one of my fav lipsticks to wear since years. It is matte, lasts really long, the colour is amazing, it goes with every skin tone I believe, looks great with a lot of eye makeup looks, it is cheap and it's the perfect dark red/burgundy shade. Simply a MUST HAVE!

And for the Rimmel Kate Moss obsession we have the 111 which is a beautiful cool toned true red, matte, long lasting, the classic Taylor Swift red. You can't really feel it on the lips and the smell of the matte collection is so lovely too, it's like fruity. If you fancy a red lipstick and don't know which one to choose, just buy this one cause it is really good and cheap and it won't let you down for sure!

So I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know in the comments if you have one of these, what is your favourite and, please please, if you have your own fav shade write it down below so I  can check it out as I am constantly in search for new lipsticks and shades!
Let's be bffs and swap tips about lipsticks and autumnal shades! :)

Hope you're having a lovely day and I will see you on my next post!

lots of love

May favourites & Daily make up

Hello everyone!

June has arrived and here's already summer! The weather is bloody hot out there and I am just at home, safe, with a big glass of extra cool pink lemonade!
So yay, let's get into my May favs! :)

First thing I have been using again is my beloved Illamasqua cream blusher in Laid, which is a pretty hot pink-mauvy shade. This feels like you have nothing on the skin so it's great to use even if it's hot outside and you don't really want creamy things on. I just dab a little bit of it on and then blend and set it with some powder and it's done! I think it stays on better than the powdery ones during these hot days, maybe cause it's a lot pigmented. But here it is!

I have never been an highlighters fan since less than a year ago! Now I am obsessed with contouring, bronzers and highlighters. I do have a NARS one which I don't like (at least not for a day wearing) cause it's a lot shimmery and glittery, but since I have this one, my opinions about highlighters has completely changed. This one here is from the brand Essence and it was the limited edition for the Cinderella movie. Look at the packaging: it's bloody gorgeous! These little roses are so lovely!
The colour is amazing, just a great pink toned shade which is perfect for day time!
It just gives you the perfect amount of light to glow in the sun! Luv eet!

Theeeeen, foundation wise! I have been loooooving (after hating it during winter) the L'oreal Nude Magique eau de teint foundation in 102 pure ivory! First of all, the shade is perfect now that I have a tiny teeeeeny bit of colour on, second thing is that now that is summer the formulation of a liquid (almost watery) foundation that sets like a powder is perfect and stays on all day without any additional powder! I have been hating it during winter cause of my super dry skin but now that is summer and I have a normal to dry skin, it's perfect cause it doesn't dry that much on me but it sets well! And, also, feels like a second skin! Only down is that the coverage is not full but it's a pretty buildable medium coverage that goes well with a bit of concealer! :)

Then how could I not mention the thing I have been using the most during this month?!
Here it is: the Natural Eyes palette by my beloved Too Faced!
I don't use anything else.. I just have everything I need for a day and night natural look!
The pigmentation is amazing and I feel like I don't need other palettes as it also has colours that suit well my eyebrows! I even picked it up on the trip I did on my birthday and it didn't let me miss anything! :) Just a precious little palette! You NEED it, trust me! :)
(p.s. if you want close ups and swatches of this palette, just leave me a comment and I will happily do it!)

Fav lipglosses are these two! First one is from Tanya Burr Cosmetics in the shade Afternoon Tea. It's a lovely baby pink with an amaaaazing pigmentation and a strawberries smell! I genuinely love the whole range and I can't wait to buy more shades! Just can't wait to buy some reds and darker ones!

second one is a sample I got at the Sephora Lips Party I attended in May for the launch of these Ultra Shine Lip Gel! The formulation is so so good, it leaves a nice hint of colour and, thing I like the most, it's super moisturizing! I def need to buy more colours!

The nail polish shade I have been non-stop wearing during May is this one from KIKO in number 372! I loove this colour so much, it's perfect even for school, it's like a lovely pink-nude that will instantly make your hands and nail look better! It's the second one I buy and I don't think I have ever finished a nail polish in my life so it says everything!

So these were my fav and I will leave you with a pic of what I use everyday for my daily natural make up! These are my essentials when I am on a rush in the morning!

Better Than Sex Mascara
Natural Eyes Palette
Essence eye pencil in Chocolate Brown
Eau de teint foundation by L'oreal
Essence Cinderella collection blusher
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection concealer in 01 fair
Tanya Burr lipgloss in Afternoon Tea

What have you been loving this month? What are the items you can't skip in the morning?
Hope you're having a great day and I will see you on my next post!

Loads of kisses

My fav bright pink lipsticks atm!

 Hello everyone!

As you can read by the title,
I am writing to show you the hot/bright pink lipsticks that I am loving at the moment!
As it's almost summer and the sun is up, I started injecting a bit of colour and brightness in my wardrobe and also in my make up;
so what's better than a bright lipstick to warm up our faces? :)

I must say I am becoming a lil bit obsessed with lipsticks atm and I am starting collecting them with that "I want them all" mode. So yeah, you will probably hear me talking about lipsticks A LOT! lol

I have choosen 5 of my collection from different brands and also different kind and price.

Here are the lipsticks (and swatches) from left to right:

L'oreal Rouge Caresse in 07 cheeky magenta
Rimmel London by Kate Moss in 05
Essence in 08 colour crush
Mac Impassioned
Pupa I'm in 406

(natural light)

So, as you can see, they all are amaaazing colours but they, obviously, have loads of differences.
Starting from the L'oreal one; this is not properly a lipstick (at least, I won't call it like that) because is more on the "tinted balm" side but this doesn't mean that is not good. In fact I really appreciate the formula cause is a lot moisturizing and the fact that is pretty light means that is also buildable and for those days where you don't want to go all-in but you also want a nice hint of colour on your lips! Also, is the most cool-toned between the other ones.

Second one is one of my fav from drugstores because of the formulation and smell and pigmentation and price! Obviously I am talking about the Rimmel one. I love everything about their lipsticks plus they smell so nice and last long! The finish is shiny and it's a perfect shade of pink that I think could suit everyone!

Then another highstreet/drugstore one is the one from Essence. It's not my fav one but the colour is so pretty and it costs around £2 so it's pretty much a bargain. It doesn't last so long, it doesn't have the strongest pigmentation but it's so lovely and moisturizing and I am actually using it a lot that I could not mention it!

Then let's move in to my truly fav ones, the one from Pupa and from MAC (of course, mac is always a winner)! The shades are pretty similar and the formulation too.. they are amplified/mid matt and satin, they last AGES even when eating, they are really confortable on the lips and the pigmentation is just on point! Love love love them!
If you are planning on getting a bright lipsticks and you can afford a mac one, then definitely go for Impassioned cause it's just an unique colour mid pink and fuchsia and coral and it's so amazing you have to get it or, at least, try it! :)

I really hope you liked this post and maybe I gave you some inspiration about lipsticks; let me know in the comments what are your fav lipsticks for summer time so I can check them out and maybe buy them too and I will see you on my next post!

much loveee

Drugstore Makeup Tag

Hello everyone

I've been tagged by the sweet kyla so here I am with the Drugstore Makeup Tag. I'm so happy to do it because I think there are A LOT of amazing products in drugstores and it will also help people in choosing and discovering maybe new products!

1. What is your favourite drugstore makeup brand overall?

It's hard but I think I'll say Rimmel London cause is the most "complete" one in the sense that I love a lot of products from that brand as you will see hehe.

2. What are your favourite face, cheek and lip products?
My favourite face product has to be the Rimmel Wake me up concealer! I think it's the best, it gives coverage and glow. Also the lightest one is perfect for my pale skin and it's not so easy to find a good concealer not too white-not too pink- not too yellow! Pale skin probs. Ops.
My favourite cheek product is probably the Bourjois bronzing powder cause it's amazing, smells so good, last long and it's perfect to warm up your face and contour a bit! I use it everyday and will keep repurchasing it.

My favourite lip products are, of course, the whole Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks range. They smell amazing, they're really pigmented, last SO long and don't dry your lips. Also the colour range is so pretty! They're my all times favourites!

3.Least favourite product?
Uhm.. I think it has to be a Deborah Milano eye pencil. It was the worst. It faded in half an hour and it went all over my lid. Never again.

4.What is your best makeup bargain?
It's the Rimmel Stay Matte powder cause it costs nothing and it's one of the best I have ever tried!

5.What is your favourite underdog product? (something you love that often gets overlooked)
I don't know really.. uhm, maybe Essence lipsticks.

6.A drugstore product that is overpriced?
It's not makeup but make up related. Brushes. Ugh, they are pricey.

7.Drugstore products that isn't worth the hype?

Uhm, maybe L'oreal foundations. I usually don't like them on me.

So here is the tag, I hope you liked it and I tag every single one of you that is reading this! Please, tag me so I can check the answers and maybe discover new products!

Hope you have a lovely day!

February Favourites ♡

Hello everyone!

It's March! Don't even ask me HOW it is already March.. I have that feeling that yesterday was Christmas and now I can't tell it's March, but anyway Feb has been a buuusy month and I didn't get a lot but here are my Feb Favs! :)

First thing is a candle that my mom bought me at the supermarket, it's called Suddenly and it smells heavenly. It legit smells like Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel which I love! I was so surprised cause the smell is identical! So fresh and lovely

As you could see I have been obsessed with skincare-stuff and one of the things I am obsessed with is the Garnier Roll-on caffeine. It's great to wake your eyes up in the morning and the metallic sphere on top is just heaven for under eyes. Putting it on is more fun than putting under eyes creams.

For make up remover I have been using this biphasic one by Yves Rocher; It's so gentle and removes any eye make up (also waterproof eyeliners or mascaras)! It's the king and you have to.. shake it off!

Tart of the month has been the Shea Butter one! I basically burn this everytime I want to relax and make my room smell fresh and cleaned! Go sniff it at your local YC store!

Dry lips always get me mad, but I found a cure and it's all natural and delicious! It's the Hurraw! lip balm in chai spice (if you love chai then go grab it and you will want to eat it all! haha) but there are many and many flavours! You can find these at American Apparel for around £5/6 eur!
And for bath, I have been looooving Stvdio 5 brand! Their things are just amazing!
This bath truffle and the rose soap smell like heaven to me, I just can't wait to have a long bath with their lovely and 100% natural bath bombs! Go check them out on their site

Last but not least, lipsticks!
There two lovely shades are 06 and 14 from the Essence brand. They're so cheap but so good! 06 is also the perfect Pantone-colour-of-the-year lipstick!

Hope you enjoyed my favs.
What have you been loving lately?
Do you have one of these things and what do you think about them?
Leave a lovely comment for making me smile and I will see you on the next post!

January Favourites ♡

Hello lovelies!

It's Feb and that means just one thing: Jan Favourites! :D

I didn't buy a lot of new things this month but I quite discovered things I already owned and that I didn't used a lot recently.
One of these things is the Bourjois Healthy Mix in 51 Vanilla!
I didn't liked it at all when I bought it cause it was too thick and I didn't liked how it worked and, a part from the lovely smell, I used to leave it on a side thinking that it didn't like my skin.
Recently I tried to give it another chance and it surprised me! Basically I love it now and I've been using it a lot this month, almost everyday I think. It is perfect for a dewy look, great for dry skin (I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin at all) and I just think I didn't like it at first cause I have changed my skin routine and now my skin is a bit more hydated and it works really well with it. The coverage is buildable but you can have a medium coverage with just one layer. It doesn't last 16hours as it says, obviously, but it stays on place with a good powder on top for like six hours.
But I think it's great for a high street foundation.

Then I have rescovered berry-burgundy eyeshadows and I've been love these two a lot!
The first one is from KIKO and it's a loveluy berry-red-coppery shade which is really pretty and makes blue eyes pop up (just saying.. blue eyed girls take note!) and then the second one is from the Vamp line by PUPA and it's a cream one, more brown-burgundy but it looks so pretty; has little shimmers in it and lasts really really long! I also love it as a base for others eyeshadows! Preeetty!

On to the lips I've been using a lot these two lipsticks; one from KIKO again and it's a lovely dark red and the second one, which it's not properly autumnal but I used it a lot this month, is the L'oreal caresse in Dating Coral, a wonderful coral that doesn't last very long and it's pretty creamy but also a lot moisturizing!

How not to mention my best friend in these Jan cold days: Labello lip butter. It smells amazing, feels amazing on the lips and the little pot is just too cute!

I also have two hair products in the favs of the month and the first is this hair repairing spay with keratin from Avon; it's a 7 in 1 spray that you can apply both on wet and dry hair and then you basically brush it and you're done, the hair feels so soft, healthy and moisturized and smells so good too. Totally helped me a lot cause I had very dry ends but since I've been using this combined with the mask and the shampoo, my hair is like resurrected.

The second one is this AMAZING mask from Bleach London for dyed and bleached hair; as you may or may not know I have ombre hair, which means my ends have been bleached so damaged but my hair looks totally different when I apply this mask and this is why I adore it! You just need a little bit and you'll feel your hair so soft as soon as you put it on, it's magical! If you ever need a good mask for your hair, I'd definitely recommend this to you. It costs nothing for what it does and really lasts you aaages.

So these were the things I've been loving this month!
Do you have one of this things and what to you thing about them? What have you been loving during Jan?

Hope you're having a great day and I will see you on the next post!

(Next post will be GREAT! I'm so excited cause I have some wonderful things to show you so.. stay tuned!)
