Quick Breakfast Idea

Hello everyone :)

Today I was so tired but I wanted an healthy but effortless breakfast too so that's what I have done.
 I thought I'd share it with you so you can pick up some inspiration (even if this its so easy)


Here is what it looks like from the pic I posted on my instagram (@queenofnonsenseblog

and all you need is:


Greek kind of yogurt
Granola
Chia seeds (if you want to)
Banana (or fresh fruits of your choice)
Dry fruits of your choice (I used dry cherries)


All you have to do is take a bowl or a large cup, 
put inside of the bowl few spoons of yogurt, 
then a layer of granola mixed with dry fruits and chia seeds, 
then put a layer of yogurt, granola, dry fruits 
and the last layer of yogurt with your fresh and chopped fruit on top. 
If you want you can add a bit of honey or agave syrup on top to make it more delicious and sweet!

It's sooooo easy but so yummy 
and it is also healthy and gives you that full feeling till lunch time, 
which is great so it avoids snacks or something..
